Administrative Assistant - Project Assistant
Location: Omaha, NE
Terms: Long Term Contract Employment Planned for Right Person to go Direct/Perm.
2 years on job experience as Coordinator, Project Assistant, Administrate Assistant or equivalent.
The person will need to fit well into the culture, attitude is important.
Ability to learn new things quickly and be a multi- tasker when needed.
Training notes imperative to refer to them as needed.
Advanced level of Excel and Keyboarding.
High School Diploma.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
Perform assignments with Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
Assist with preparing technical reports.
Help filling out quality forms, safe work plans, healthy start checklists, etc.
Help with expense reports for managers.
Help with group activity planning, scheduling, setup, etc (group lunches, brown bag setup, moral activities).
Perform ePM duties for PM's as Deputy Project Manager develop gate 1 inputs, monitor budgets, setup schedules and WBS, project team setup, deliverables and TQR, etc.
Assist PM's with invoices, following up with AR for clients.
Draft hiring recs, agendas for meetings, produce meeting minutes.
Attend meetings and conference calls and take notes and provide meeting minutes to managers.
Assist with word processing for report and proposal preparation.
Help with printing and assembling plan sets, reports and proposals for clients.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Strong typing skills and ability to find and open files in explorer.
Candidate shall have excellent organization skills and ability to multitask continually throughout the day.
