Support in office administration and project administration activities for the LULEP project office (located near LAX) including office reception, supply procurement, project administrative support, project document production (documents, spreadsheets, presentations), and special assignments as needed.
Perform receptionist tasks for the LULEP project office
Obtain necessary supplies for the office
Coordinate with property owner/manager on matters related to the office, including access, services, deliveries, etc.
Support Design Manager, Task Order Managers and other project staff in project administration tasks
Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office software
Gather and assemble materials necessary for document production
Meet regularly with appropriate project personnel to discuss support needs
Coordinate with vendors and subconsultants
Maintain project files
Coordinates activities with key support staff located in the regional office in San Diego
Provide materials to, and coordinate with, other T.Y. Lin International offices as needed
Assists with miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree is preferred. Five years of similar or related work experience required. Must be proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills required, including verbal, written, and listening. Excellent attention to detail is a plus. Prior administrative and marketing or related experience or internships are desired.
