Project Accountant/Controller

PROJECT ACCOUNTANT/CONTROLLER Fusco Personnel is currently recruiting for a Controller/Project Accountant to work for a growing organization in the Capital District area. This position is 100% in the office.

The successful candidate will have construction industry experience. Responsibilities: Prepare & review AR invoices. Partner with Project Managers to complete monthly billing and confirm accurate invoicing to external customers.

Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process. Process weekly payroll along with tax transfers, 401K contributions. Participate in financial audits and assist auditors in their tasks.

Administer employee benefits. Caily cash reconciliation and forecasting. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field OR equivalent work experience.

Strong accounting, analytical and problem-solving skills. Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel). Strong understanding of WIP reporting and project accounting. Salary Range $90,000 - $120,000 Fusco Personnel takes great pride in successfully matching talent and culture for our valued clients.
