Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 DOE What You’ll Be Doing: Managing jobsite accounts payable efficiently Serving as a liaison between corporate accounting and field operations Assisting with Owner payment application processes Administering subcontractors' monthly billing procedures Facilitating onsite hourly staff onboarding and timesheet management Assisting in the training of accounting and corporate software What You’ll Need to be Considered: At least 3 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in the construction industry Strong attention to detail and accuracy with proven problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management skills What Could Set You Apart:
