Position Overview:

The Programs and Operations Analyst in the Department of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) embodies a commitment to fostering an equitable and inclusive environment across all organizational facets. This role is instrumental in analyzing, optimizing, and implementing DEI programs and operational procedures. Reporting to the Chief Diversity Officer and collaborating closely with the DEI management team, the Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness and impact of DEI initiatives through data-driven insights and strategic operational support.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze DEI initiatives to identify trends and performance. Create and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to guide strategic decisions and track progress.

  • Program Support and Enhancement: Work with DEI leadership to refine programs and develop strategies that promote diversity and inclusion. Align program goals with KPIs for targeted outcomes.

  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline DEI operations for maximum effectiveness. Employ best practices and manage operational KPIs to align department activities with organizational goals.

  • KPI Development and Tracking: Establish and oversee a system for KPI management, ensuring alignment with DEI and organizational objectives. Adjust KPIs based on evolving goals and feedback.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster communication and collaboration with stakeholders to enhance DEI initiatives. Use feedback to refine KPIs and ensure programs meet diverse needs.

  • Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay informed on DEI trends and practices. Leverage KPI insights for ongoing DEI strategy and program improvement.

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Leadership, Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field

OR

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or any related field, with 2+ years of DEI or project related work experience

  • Prior experience in sales, patient relations, marketing, or operations is a plus

  • Prior experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion related work is a plus

  • Strong project management and organizing/planning skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail, with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team to creatively solve problems

  • Experience managing and completing complex projects and task

  • Direct experience working with people from a variety of dimensions of diversity (such as race, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability and/or veteran status, and more)

  • A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion through work, school, personal or volunteer actions

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship building skills, including active listening and

  • Strong presentation design, proofreading and document editing skills

  • Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneDrive skills

  • Skill with group facilitation and speaking in front of groups is a plus
