Location: DC/Navy Yard (Some telework is acceptable)

Salary: NegotiableDescription:We are seeking a Program Manager who will provide program management, acquisition, and financial support for the Navy's Mine Warfare Program Office. You will collaborate in a team setting to address client challenges, offering critical thinking and analysis; and develop and sustain key relationships with direct clients and supporting commands.Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in management, engineering or scientific discipline or preferred experience
• Experience with program and financial management of government programs
• Experience with DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution Process (PPBE) process
• Experience with consulting and technical advisement
• Ability to identify, conduct in-depth research, communicate, and propose resolutions to issues  
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint & Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills helping clients manage, track, and report program status
• Strong written, editorial, and presentation skills, including preparation and delivery of executive-level briefings and reports 

Preferred experience:

• Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience in engineering or business management discipline
• Preferred Experience: 8 years of experience in engineering or business management discipline

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with DoD Acquisition or Navy Program Management Offices
• Knowledge of DoD Instruction 5000 series, Adaptive Acquisition Framework, DoD Financial Management Regulation
• Experience with Microsoft Project

Work Location:DC area (up to 3 days/week Washington Navy Yard)
