Job Responsibilities Oversees the successful completion of facilities construction Lab cleanroom expansion, central utility building, new engineering lab and office building, and support buildings. The project budget is in excess of $700M and will take 3 years to complete.

Lead the site team and coordinate a team of consultant Project Managers and manage multiple projects at the same time. After completion of program, individual will be responsible of a future strategic project or site lead. Oversees the facilities construction projects including Labs, Tenant Improvement, Cleanroom Manufacturing, Facilities Infrastructure.

This includes managing relevant stakeholders, setting deadlines, communicating with project owners/company executives about the state of the project, ensuring projects stay on track and on budget, and adjusting if necessary to meet new requirements. Manage six different aspects of projects: scope, schedule, spends forecast, approving invoices, risk, quality and resources. Manage relationships with contractors, control space allocation and maintain facility project budgets.

Minimum Qualifications BS degree in related discipline (Engineering, Project Management) Minimum 15 years of related work experience in Facilities Construction Project Management, or Project/Construction management including cleanroom construction. 3-5 Years of managing a team or supervisory position of project managers. Strong written and oral communication skills to exchange information with senior management, service providers, workers and contractors. Understands all aspects and phases of the architectural, MEP design, and construction management process Working knowledge of SAP for use with purchase requisitions and orders Advanced Microsoft Excel, Project and PowerPoint capabilities Role may require travel to other Lam Research facilities Preferred Qualifications Masters Preferred (Engineering, Engineering Management, Supply Chain, MBA) PMP Certification preferred.
