CBS Television Stations consists of 29 owned-and-operated stations, including 16 that are part of the CBS Television Network, eight affiliates of The CW Network, three independent stations and two MyNetworkTV affiliates. Among its stations are WCBS-TV and WLNY-TV (New York), KCBS-TV and KCAL-TV (Los Angeles), WBBM-TV (Chicago), KYW-TV and WPSG-TV (Philadelphia), KTVT-TV and KTXA-TV (Dallas-Ft. Worth), KPIX-TV and KBCW-TV (San Francisco), WBZ-TV and WSBK-TV (Boston), WUPA-TV (Atlanta), WWJ-TV and WKBD-TV (Detroit), KSTW-TV (Seattle), WTOG-TV (Tampa-St. Petersburg), WCCO-TV (Minneapolis), KCNC-TV (Denver), WFOR-TV and WBFS-TV (Miami), KOVR-TV and KMAX-TV (Sacramento), KDKA-TV and WPCW-TV (Pittsburgh), WJZ-TV (Baltimore), as well as WCCO-TV's satellite stations KCCO-TV (Alexandria, Minn.) and KCCW-TV (Walker, Minn.).


CBS Boston is hiring a Program Coordinator responsible for keeping track of programming contracts for a group of CBS Owned Television stations including contract input and episode scheduling in programming software.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Programming contracts including input into programming software and uploading to shared site

  • Maintain Program Schedules and changes across network, syndicated, local and paid programming.

  • Maintain Program Names and House Numbers across all programming

  • Maintain Episode Numbers and episode scheduling for syndicated programming

  • Assist with Children's Programming FCC filings and files

  • Assist with Paid Programing scheduling

  • Communicate and release relevant information to station, traffic, master control and listing services contacts.


Qualification requirements:

  • Working knowledge of programming software such as SIMS preferred

  • Working knowledge of WideOrbit Traffic System preferred

  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred

  • Strong Communications & Organizational Skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Willingness to learn and take on all tasks assigned

  • Team Player- will be working will all levels in the organization

  • Ability to work under pressure against deadlines

  • 1-2 Years Television programming or traffic experience preferred

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred

The Statistical Programmer, Associate Director is held accountable for tracking and implementing tools and technology for the Statistical Programming group(s)/department. The Statistical Programmer, Associate Director is expected to optimize interdisciplinary understanding within the groups and across functions and integrate Statistical programming activities with those of other groups, departments and project teams, to drive effective, efficient, and innovative Clinical Development. Work is performed independently with only concept level instruction and very little supervision from the Management Team. The Statistical Programmer, Associate Director provides expert technical support to team members. In addition, the Statistical Programmer, Associate Director fluently and routinely briefs management on accomplishments, status, and issues under their own initiatives, as well as being a designated member of clinical sub-team(s) in the role of project lead Statistical Programmer (when applicable) for a large number of studies, including entire development programs. Key Responsibilities: * Proven expert in all SAS language, procedures, and options commonly used in clinical trial reporting including the Macro language, BASE SAS, SAS/STAT and SAS/GRAPH * Provides technical and project management leadership to create, review, and approve documentation required to support data analysis, reporting, and CDlSC data submission * Participates in technical meetings for internal and external representatives (e.g., IS, CROs, Clinical Development Partners, Software Vendors, FDA, EMEA, et cetera) for projects with more significant consequences and impact * Provides leadership to ensure compliance with Vertex SOP'S and FDA/ICH/GCP regulations and project management in cross-functional teams * Provides technical and project management leadership to create, review, and approve documentation required to support data analysis, reporting, and CDlSC data submission * Participates in the development of overall objectives and influences long-term goals of the organizations * Provides leadership and project management in cross-functional teams that work on standard operating procedures, guidelines, process improvements, system validation and acquisition, customization, and integration of new tools and technologies * Participates in the development of overall objectives and influences long-term goals of the organizations * Oversees activities of Statistical Programming staff and adapts personnel deployment to changing priorities, to ensure key goals of all projects are met on time * An experienced mentor who effectively fosters a team environment of confidence and commitment Minimum Qualifications * B.S./M.S. in Scientific Discipline and 10+ years of work experience in Biotech, Pharmaceuticals or Clinical Research Organization. #LI-MH1 Company Information Vertex is a global biotechnology company that invests in scientific innovation.
