We are seeking a PLC Programmer to join our team. This position will sell, design, implement, and support building automation systems using a variety of platforms and controllers. MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Install and configure control systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and other automation equipment. Program and troubleshoot PLCs to control and monitor machinery and processes. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on control systems and automation equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Identify and resolve technical issues and malfunctions in control systems and automation equipment. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to design and implement control system upgrades and modifications. Document all maintenance and repair activities, including equipment modifications and software changes.

Train operators and maintenance personnel on the proper use and maintenance of control systems and automation equipment. Stay updated with the latest advancements in control systems and automation technology to provide recommendations for improvement. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in electrical or automation technology is preferred.

Minimum 5-10 years experience in RSlinx,RSlogix 5, 500, Studio 5000 and Rockwell plant pax software. Strong knowledge of PLC programming and HMI configuration. Familiarity with electrical and electronic components, circuits, and systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
