This opening is for a software engineer

working in an agile Linux-based development environment. The focus of

the work is user interface design and development for desktop and mobile

friendly web sites. This includes, but is not limited to wireframing,

prototypes, and development using CSS3, HTML5, AngularJS, and Node.js.

In addition to the technical skills described,the ability to work

independently, take on commitments, communicate and cooperate to resolve

issues and work collaboratively in a fast paced environment is needed.

Responsible for:

  • Understanding and

interpreting customer use cases and translating into mobile friendly

website design requirements;

  • Building wireframes to reflect customer use cases in accordance with AT&T's design requirements;

  • Rapid low-fidelity prototyping of wireframes for agile, internal and customer feedback; Integration of approved user interface prototypes into the

fully functional system using web development skills;

  • Testing and documenting all user interface features and design

decisions. Testing should include usability on various devices such as

laptops, tablets, and smart phones.

  • Individual will work as part of an

agile development team and interact with said team on a daily basis

through scrum meetings and other means such as chat and message boards.


Development experience using CSS3, HTML5, AngularJS, and Node.js.

Must be a US Citizen.


Experience with web IDEs such as Webstorm. Experience with mobile platforms such as Android and iOS a plus.

We are seeking energetic and self-driven engineers to work alongside our client in a dynamic work environment within their secure facilities. </p><p>In this position you will design, implement, administer, and maintain the client’s electrical SCADA System that monitors and controls electrical power across their local campus and enterprise sites around the globe. Specific on-the-job training will be provided. In this position you will have the following responsibilities:</p><ul> <li>Evaluate project blueprints, electrical one-lines, and control schematics.</li> <li>Design SCADA configurations that meet the contractual and customer expectations.</li> <li>Prepare submittal documentation for transmission to OSI's customers/prime contractors.</li> <li>Perform or oversee the SCADA build based upon an accepted design.</li> <li>Program/configure Data concentrators, Remote Terminal Units (RTU), and other Intelligent Electrical Devices (IED) for compatibility with SCADA design as required.</li> <li>Support field testing/commissioning of delivered solutions.</li> <li>Plan, integrate, test, train and commission hardware and software requirements on customer systems.</li> <li>Provide networking and system/application design.</li> <li>Perform hardware, software and system installation, integration and testing for projects.</li> <li>Customize system, hardware and network configuration based on customer requirements.</li> <li>Provide customer support and assistance per contract maintenance and warranty.</li> <li>Create and execute maintenance procedures for customer systems, and field equipment.</li> <li>Assist in creating training materials and project documentation as needed.</li> <li>Oversee project quality, and provide technical direction for technicians.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve system and communication issues.</li> </ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Minimum</strong> </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Electrical or Systems Engineering or related technical field.</li></ul><ul> <li>Strong technical background in automation and computers.</li> <li>Top Secret/SCI with polygraph.</li> <li>Some experience planning, directing and performing hardware, software and system installation, integration and testing on energy management control systems.</li> <li>Some knowledge of electric utilities, power systems, communications, control systems and/or networking.</li> <li>Ability to work on several projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.</li> <li>Excellent organization, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.</li> <li>Strong commitment to providing superior customer service.</li> <li>Ability and flexibility to travel to domestic and international customer sites for field work.</li> </ul><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul> <li>Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Electrical or Systems Engineering or related technical field.</li> <li>Strong technical background in automation and computers.
