Programmer

This is a 30 month opportunity on the Hourly-Based IT Services (HBITS) Contract at the State of New York. (Possibility of extension).

Required Experience:

• 84 months of experience designing and documenting technical solutions and the test plans needed to validate that the business/system needs and requirements are met.
• 60 Months of experience creating and executing test scripts for Quality assurance, User Acceptance, Regression, and Performance Testing using tools such as Quality Center, Loadrunner, Selenium and PeopleSoft Testing Framework.
• 36 months of experience developing, troubleshooting or providing production support of customizations, interfaces and programs in a PeopleSoft 9.x Financials environment utilizing PeopleTools and Oracle Data Integrator.
• 24 Months serving in a technical lead capacity in a PeopleSoft ERP in any combination of at least two of the following modules:• Accounts Payable• Travel and Expense• Accounts Receivable• Billing• General Ledger• Commitment Control• Project Costing• Inventory• Real Estate Assets• Asset Management• Grants
