Job Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Programmer Analyst Senior in Jacksonville, FL to design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support the applications software is delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and complying with FIS architectural standards.

Make recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code. Ensure system improvements are successfully implemented. Demonstrate an understanding of FIS systems and the financial services industry.

Analyze requirements and translate business requirements into product designs. Write technical specifications and other forms of documentation, while suggesting technical alternatives and improve/streamline processes and systems. Complete project assignments and special projects commensurate with job expectations.

Conduct planning, analysis, and forecasting activities to plan projects and tasks. Provide leadership and guidance to other technical professionals. Participate in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or related field and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: working with Fraud Products including FICO Falcon, Compromise Manager, and Disputes Resolution Center for the authorization transactions with SLAs and Financial Penalties; serving as automation expert; working on Resolve and Splunk tools to enhance the minimization of critical fraud applications downtime and provide maximum system availability to clients; and performing fraud product support operations with technologies including Oracle, SQL server , Java, and .Net.
