Amentum is seeking a Programmer to be responsible for design, development, troubleshooting, debugging, integration, and implementation of systems in support of the Warfighter.
Essential Responsibilities:
Develop application software.
Test and evaluate application code.
Develop and execute Automated UI testing.
Coordinate with the development team.
Assist with software documentation.
Use aptitude to learn new technical tools required for the role.
Comply with hardware and software systems standards and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain an Active Secret Clearance. Must have the ability to obtain a Top Secret US Government Clearance.
High school diploma or GED.
3+ years of full stack web development experience.
3+ years of object-oriented language (i.e., Java, C#, C++) experience.
Ability to travel as required.
Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and design solutions to problems in operational software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Top Secret US Government Clearance.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Current Security+ CE certification.
Knowledge of UI Automated Test.
Understating Automated Testing and performance tools such as Selenium and JMeter.
Experience with at least one database system (i.e., SQL Server, MySQL etc.)
Experience with front end development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) at least one front end framework (i.e., Angular, React, Vue.js, Blazor etc.)
Experience with at least one back-end framework (i.e., .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core etc.)
Experience with Agile and DevOps or DevSecOps software development practices.
Experience using at least 1 programming language (i.e. Python, Java, C#, etc.)
Experience with a distributed version control system, such as Git.
Experience with containerization technologies (i.e., Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes etc.).
Experiencing developing Unit Tests such as MSTets, xUnit, or nUnit.
