Then look no further, as Anglian Water are seeking a Programme Manager to work with a team of stakeholders, alongside the wider business streams to drive strategic change through the development and delivery of projects and initiatives.

In this role you will be the lead in delivering the Water Recycling Embedded Alliances Capital programme to support our goal to achieve a sustainable zero Pollutions, in addition to other key areas such as Health & Safety, Compliance, Flooding & ensuring we meet all our Obligations. Leading initiatives to direct the programme and programme team into the future, ensuring readiness to take on the challenges of the next 5 years while steering direction towards a proactive focus.

You will be responsible for leading governance groups, reporting at senior level and ensuring that all programmes of work and targets are measured accordingly against cost, benefit, performance, efficiencies, delivery and timescales. This includes the project management and change management expertise to be able to assess multiple cross business and ODI opportunities, identify dependencies and generate appropriate programmes of work. You will be accountable for identifying and managing risks, assuring delivery of work, whilst resolving conflicts and ensuring that the appropriate mitigation measures are identified and implemented. You will have fantastic communication skills and engage with stakeholders on specific business priorities and investments, overall driving delivery of the overarching strategy and vision for the programme to be realised.

• Proven history in effective programme management.

• Budgetary management and financial awareness.

• Leadership and experience leading a team.

• Experience of benefits realisation & developing business cases.

• Proven experience of implementing change.

• Outstanding stakeholder management knowledge.

• Ability to challenge, adapt and implement change.

• Experience in Change & Risk management.

• An awareness of both Contractual & Commercial aspects of an Alliance delivery approach.
