Job Requirements and Preferences:
Minimum Degree Required:

Minimum Years of Experience:
Demonstrates extensive level abilities and/or proven record of success in the following areas:
Managing large projects, preferably global initiatives with geographically distributed stakeholders;
Evaluating timelines, processes and resources in collaboration with workstream leads and teams to coordinate activities, manage change, deviations and gaps, as well as, mitigate risks;
Possessing communication, presentation and writing skills;
Demonstrating proficiency in Project Management activities by being able to utilize dashboards and programme management tools to establish, maintain and manage the critical path, resources, and programme status;
Working with program leads to prepare future year planning budgets, communications, and roadmaps, based on network benefits and demand;
Tracking and reconciling programme financials, providing burn rates, actuals against forecast analysis, and manage adjustments;
Communicating programme benefits, decisions, progress, risks/issues, and/or status, in a timely and accurate manner, to sponsors and stakeholders through dashboard, report and presentation methods and channels;
Being proficient in Google and Microsoft Office tools;
Demonstrating skills in problem solving and conflict management;
Understanding data architecture, governance, operations and quality concepts;
Being politically savvy, sensitive to the interpersonal dynamics in a rapidly changing organisation and the ability to flex personal style accordingly; and,
Demonstrating experience working in a complex, globally distributed organisation on multiple time zones with diverse multicultural stakeholders.
