Job Description
Join LS Technologies, a Tetra Tech company, as a Program Trainer. In this role, you will support the design, development, and management of Training and Workforce Development strategies, plans, frameworks, and criteria. You will assist the FAA in planning the evolution and growth of its Training and Workforce Development program to ensure the delivery of quality Test and Evaluation services. Responsibilities and desired skills for this position include:
Responsibilities:
Define and use competency requirements for quality T&E services
Help lead T&E services training (current and future needs)
Plan, develop and provide QMS and T&E related training
Develop training plans and training management processes
Plan, develop and revise training courses as needed
Support tracking and planning of annual training for T&E services
Identify, develop, and incorporate new materials, emerging technologies, and additional subject matter into training, as required
Assess/Measure/Record training feedback
Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Finance, Administration, or related discipline
5 years of relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Master's Degree or MBA in a related field may be substituted for a bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience.
Ph.D. in a related field may be substituted for a bachelor's degree and 7 years' experience.

Compensation (Pay Bands)
Salary at LST is determined by a wide array of factors, such as (but not limited to) education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and is based on full-time, 40-hour/week status. Part-time staff receive compensation at an hourly rate. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represent the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements) and are just one component of the LST's total compensation package for employees. In compliance with local laws, LS Technologies presents this reasonable compensation range as a guideline for roles in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington D.C."

The TDM-IP Program Office is responsible for working with NAS System Owners to help them develop and deploy IP solutions to replace their existing TDM interfaces.
