Assist business operations that ultimately support the Warfighter!


The candidate will provide program analytical support to the Missile Defense System Engineering Operating Unit in Huntsville, Alabama. The qualified candidate will be capable of providing analytical and advisory support for program budgeting as well as labor hours utilization, tracking, reporting, and evaluation of program metrics. Coordinate with Program Managers for task planning, resourcing, and monitoring. Prepare monthly execution reports for Stakeholders. Monitor the accuracy of organizational data and in the event of data discrepancies, coordinate and resolve corrections and solutions. Candidate will use a database system and/or Excel Spreadsheets for program analysis functions. May be required to develop various workbooks based on Government requirements.

Relocation: Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or able to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.


  • Possess a BS/BA degree in business or related field

  • 2 - 8 years of demonstrated experience in program control analytical methodologies

  • Execution of program funds, monitor obligations and expenditures, and support development and review of program budget

Demonstrated experience with execution of program funds, monitoring obligations and expenditures, and supporting development and review of program budget

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced Excel functions

  • Willingness to work in a team environment while prioritizing and supporting multiple tasks

  • Candidate must be a US Citizen

  • Possess (and be able to maintain) a Secret Clearance


  • Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM) strongly desired

  • Experience in developing MIPRs, funding reporting, and program assessment

  • Ability to rapidly acquire a working knowledge in new analytical areas

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members, leadership, and customers

VIEW JOBS 2/19/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-05-19T00:00 <strong><u>(2 positions available):</u></strong>  Candidate will provide end-to-end systems engineering, analysis, & test support for Ballistic Missile Defense System Analysis activities.  Duties include developing system requirements and testing of major Missile Defense Agency (MDA) systems.  Candidate is desired to have experience with ballistic missile defense battle management / command and control architectures, missiles/interceptors, electro-optical/IR sensors, RF/radar sensors, threats, and/or discrimination.  Experience with strategic and/or theater target vehicles is also desired.  Desired qualifications include experience with numerical modeling and simulation using a high level programming language such as MATLAB, Python, FORTRAN, or similar language; and hands-on development and utilization of DOORS. Candidate must have demonstrated self-initiative, leadership, and customer interface skills are essential.  Must possess the ability to clearly express ideas/concepts, perform as part of a team, and be capable of operating in a multi-tasking environment.  Position requires a B.S. in Engineering or other technical degree.
