Your Home Improvement Company - Home Depot Program Support Specialist
This is an opportunity to be a part of a team in a growing program within a rapid growing company. The program is a partnership with the world's largest home improvement retailer. Be a key point of contact for customers via inbound and outbound calls with project updates and friendly outreach. Log notes from calls and internal interactions. Comfortable managing customer concerns in a professional, positive approach. Make decisions of resources to pull in internally and communicate to program partner of status. Project Manager of customer service questions and concerns. Role would also consist of administrative support in program compliance and processing.
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience, ideally in the home improvement or construction industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize
Ability to navigate an organization internally and externally
MS Office experience and email skill
Learning new software applications
Positivity and be a proponent of YHIC and program
Ability to learn product and service knowledge
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and process oriented
Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers
