The incumbent serves as a Program Support Specialist in the Office of Audit Services (OAS), Office of Inspector General. The incumbent serves as an expert advisor and trainer in the Audit Visual area; acts as the OAS Intranet Webmaster; manages OAS postings to the OIG Internet site; develops OAS standards for Web-based materials; monitors developments in graphics hardware and software and Web design software; and performs various graphic design projects and statistical analyses.

If selected for this position, the incumbent will be expected to perform the following duties:
Designs and generates reports that transform data into actionable information.
Conducts research in the development of analysis reports (using Crystal Reports, WebAIMS, and Excel).
Designs, develops and maintains the regional Intranet site.
Serves as contact for questions/comments directed to the OAS web site.
Monitors and tracks all audit and administrative records going to and from the Federal Records Center assuring compliance with General Services Administration's policies.
Enters all staff training into the Training Information Management System database.
Monitors and tracks all new audit assignments and staff time into WebAIMS, the OAS Information Management System database.
Monitors and tracks all computer equipment into the computer inventory database and monitors and tracks all audit report reference assignments.
Reviews draft and final reports and other documents to ensure adherence to OIG standards, policies, procedures, and report style guidelines and conventions.
Participates on a continuing basis, with the Administrative Officer/Regional Inspector General of Audit Services (RIGAS) in planning the utilization of financial resources, and the overall administrative functions.
Oversees report/correspondence processing and the maintenance of databases on the status of reports/correspondence.

Time in grade must be met within 30 days of closing date of announcement.
Your most recent SF-50 indicating highest grade and step attained.
Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position. Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Specialized experience is demonstrated experience in (1) monitoring and tracking all audit and administrative records going to and from the Federal Records Center assuring compliance with General Services Administration's policies; (2) designing and generating reports that transform data into actionable information; (3) preparing final audit report for posting to the OIG website, in accordance with OIG Public Affairs guidelines; (4) reviewing draft and final reports and other documents to ensure adherence to OIG standards, policies, procedures, and report style guidelines and conventions; and (5) entering all staff training into the Training Information Management System database.
