SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION:

ANSER is seeking an Analyst to support the Joint Program Executive Office for Assembled Chemical Weapons Authority (ACWA) Strategic Studies and Analysis task. In the course of this work, the ideal candidate will provide program support to the PEO ACWA Team including the Government director of business operations and analysis to include project and financial planning and implementation of new technologies. The analyst will:

  • Continuously identify program and resource needs and requirements and assess those requirements based on the program needs of the PEO ACWA

  • Provide strong program management expertise

  • Provide financial risk management support to PEO ACWA

  • Provide technical writing support to policy and planning document development

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience supporting government or DoD programs

  • Strong communication, briefing and technical writing skills required

  • A high degree of interpersonal skill in working with various levels of technical and business oriented individuals is required

  • Strong Microsoft Products Skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate degree

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

  • An understanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS)

  • US Army experience, especially at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) or Edgewood, MD

  • An understanding of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) programs and their challenges

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project/Visio

  • Active Top Secret DoD Secret Clearance or higher

SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION: ANSER is seeking a Senior Analyst to support CBRNE Programs on Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG). In the course of this work, the ideal candidate will provide senior level CBRNE subject matter expertise and program support to a government customers focused on strategy development, policy planning and implementation of new technologies.
