PROGRAM SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR (COSS-19-1142-W):
Bowhead is seeking a Program Support Administrator for an opportunity in Panama City, FL at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD). The Program Support Administrator is responsible for assisting in the monitoring, oversight and functionality of the NSWC PCD program. The Program Support Administrator will verify and update inventory of Assessable Units (AUs) and update AU Managers (AUMs) for each.
They will also support the creation of Corrective Action Plans by extracting reportable conditions and material weaknesses from AU risk assessments. The Program Support Administrator will track the input of AUMs to ensure compliance of assessments with laws and regulations. They will track that internal reviews are conducted properly and draft the internal reports with AUM recommended actions as well as track corrective action and resolution of non-compliance issues from the Compliance Assessments and Internal Review Assessments.

Requirements A Bachelor's degree is required in addition to at least three to five (3 to 5) years of experience in a professional program support role
Prior experience with supporting the Department of Navy and/or Naval Surface Warfare Center is preferred
Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts. To receive and respond to instructions/assignments, must be able to read, write and speak English
Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
