Position: Program Supervisor I (Choice Model)
Summary
Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of others? Cascadia Health is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Program Supervisor I for our Choice Model program. You'll be part of an interdisciplinary team, implementing and monitoring treatment for residents in a 24/7 staffed residential facility. Your role will be pivotal in reducing the impact of mental illness, improving quality of life, and promoting independence through a strengths-based, client-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision: Oversee staff, ensure adequate coverage, conduct performance reviews, and provide training.
Program Management: Coordinate daily operations, develop and manage the therapeutic milieu, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Client Support: Provide individual and group training, assist with medication administration, and model therapeutic interventions.
Trauma-Informed Care: Support a trauma-informed environment, understand the effects of trauma, and apply best practices in care.
Crisis Management: Assist in crisis situations, following emergency protocols and ensuring safety for residents and staff.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field or three years of mental health work experience.
Experience: Three years of clinical experience in inpatient or outpatient services preferred; supervision experience a plus.
Skills: Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Licensure: Must be credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
