Program Specialists play a special role in bringing our unique curriculum to life in our centers. As a Program Specialist, you'll develop and lead programs from implementation in our classrooms to ongoing enhancements meant to exceed expectations.

When you join our team as a Program Specialist you will:

  • Ensure our world-class curriculum is presented as intended and that teachers can speak to the curriculum and what children are learning

  • Spend 75% of your time in the classroom, educating children and mentoring and modeling for teachers

  • Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children

  • Train, motivate and lead staff and assist center management with interviewing and hiring of teachers

  • Support your center's success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day

  • Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and discovery go hand-in-hand

  • Outstanding customer service skills

  • Approved State Trainer (preferred)

  • NAEYC/NAC, and state licensing knowledge (preferred)

  • Must meet state specific guidelines for the role

  • Must be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors. Must be able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.

  • Ability to speak, read, and write English.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Provide strategic guidance, analytic oversight, and operational case management based on advanced knowledge and expertise of intelligence operations, tradecraft, and priorities; * Identify solutions to complex operational- and policy-related problems and new technical tools and capabilities to advance mission requirements; * Develop and maintain broad network of contacts across the US Government to satisfy mission requirements; * Serve as the lead for intelligence coordination and production within the watchlisting and all-source mission set; and * Manage a diverse work force focused on strategic, operational and tactical analysis * Provide high-level expertise, covering all facets of counterterrorism (CT) analysis * Supervise intelligence analysts performing network and target analysis for senior decision makers * Provide tradecraft mentoring and oversight to analytic team * Assist the PM in contractual deliverables and financial reporting Required Skills: * Bachelor or Masters degree with 8+ years of intelligence analysis experience, or, specialized training and 10+ years intelligence analysis experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience. * Credentialed subject matter expert or recognized specialist in relevant field * Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain Counterintelligence polygraph * Well-honed written and oral English communications and negotiation skills * Strong analytic, critical thinking, interpersonal skills * Knowledge of analytical tools and methodologies used within the national security community * Ability to lead interagency collaboration and target development coordination efforts * Ability to brief senior executives Desired Skills: * Advanced degree (preferred to be in area of expertise relevant to counterterrorism) * Project Management Program (PMP) certified * Prior experience at DCTC * Expertise with ISIS, Al Qaeda, or other transnational terrorism issues * Expertise in Iranian CT, Yemen CT, or Shia and Sunni issues * Deployed experience in CENTCOM AOR Job Location US-Herndon-VA-VIRGINIA SUBURBAN CACI employs a diverse range of talent to create an environment that fuels innovation and fosters continuous improvement and success.
