As a member of the Services Process Engineering & Practice Management team, the Program Release Manager will drive the activities required to move new and updated products and offers through the PLM process. This will require strong organizational and planning skills to co-ordinate multiple products and offers within the Service Portfolio and ensure that milestones are met on time with quality.These products and offers are released across NCR's global services regions and

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Driving the governance and processes to deliver products in the Services Portfolio that meet the phased milestone deliverables.

  • Creating and organizing reports and plans to manage priorities across multiple products and offers that the product management team is managing in various states of the Product lifecycle from Ideation to Launch.

  • Managing priorities and identifying roadblocks

  • Driving project milestones and the activities and resources needed to meet the schedule

  • Documenting processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.


  • 5-10 years of services operational experience

  • Solid program and project portfolio management background with experience working across teams to deliver products on time, on budget and on spec

  • Experience partnering with various internal stakeholder groups to achieve objectives

  • Effective communicator and presenter across technical and business audiences.

  • Expertise with Microsoft Office products

  • Experience with Atlassian Jira and/or AgileCraft

  • Understanding of ITIL process framework

  • Experience with Agile Methodology

Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. * Working knowledge of the agile software development lifecycle and enterprise level SaaS applications. * Ability to work with and coordinate among diverse teams with conflicting objectives. * Strong organization, project management, and communication skills. * Willingness to work non-standard times on occasion (evenings or weekends).
