Amentum is seeking a Program Project Analyst/Training Manager to join the ACES Vance Team located in Enid, OK. The Program Project Analyst/Training Manager develops, interprets, and implements financial/administrative/training concepts or techniques for the program.
Essential Responsibilities:
Conducts special studies to analyze financial actions and prepares recommendations for program management review.
Interprets and applies policies, government legislation and accounting theories.
Ensures compliance with internal procedures and regulatory agencies.
Acts as a liaison between program controls group and prepares comparative evaluation of actual costs against budgets.
Makes recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies.
Develops plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements.
Coordinates, negotiates, and resolves financial compliance issues with various agencies.
Oversee purchasing orders and receiving program for product purchases.
Responsible for the coordination of inspections, repairs, documentation, and reporting of 60 Sunshade Shelters to protect fleet the assigned training aircraft.
Responsible for program training department to include creating training schedules, tracking, creating reports, and maintaining training records.
Provide monthly status of training briefings to management.
Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with program goals.
Developing and delivering training solutions that meet program needs.
Optimizing the training process for efficiency
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
High school degree or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in an Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, preferred.
Minimum four (4) years' experience in a similar role
Demonstrate proficiency in finance and accounting relational databases.
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and General Accepted Accounting principles (GAAP).
Knowledge of Deltek preferred.
Excellent decision making, problem solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Results oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills and able to work independently.
