The Reality Labs Service Planning & Design team at Meta is focused on planning, designing, and improving service experiences for Reality Labs customers. As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's business rhythm and operating principles by overseeing the Post-Sales Operations portfolio of work. This includes building and managing our planning and communication cadences, defining how we prioritize, manage, and keep track of work across the organization, and leading our organizational goaling and OKR development.
You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that impact multiple teams and stakeholders across the organization. You will develop an understanding of business objectives and priorities to effectively evaluate program and project impact on the organization. Your expertise in program management will enable you to manage complex programs and establish best practices in program and project management across the organization.
This is a highly collaborative role that requires working across business, product, and engineering teams as well as directly interfacing and influencing leadership within and outside of our organization. You will need to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including leaders, and communicate complex ideas and strategies in a clear and concise manner.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a track record of managing complex portfolios, developing and implementing effective processes, and collaborating with cross-functional partners. You should also have strong communication skills, with experience in influencing and collaborating effectively across all levels of the organization and lead complex discussions with clarity and confidence.8+ years of experience in program or project management within a customer support, service, and/or operations environment. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines. Certification in program or project management (e.g. PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master). Experience working in a technology company or startup environment Experience working in a customer support organization in a consumer electronics environment
