Business Process Engineer/Analyst:

The Business Process Engineer/Analyst will perform process analysis and documentation support. The individual must be conversant in Personal Identity Verification (PIV) systems and the associated products. A understanding of Identity Management is a plus. Duties include writing engineering documentation, supporting meetings, writing presentations, answering questions. Writing skills and interpersonal skills are a must.

Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist FBI's adoption of the GSA USAccess PIV system by coordinating with the various internal and external stakeholders to define and document the business processes enabling the operation in the FBI environment *Coordinate the training sessions required to enable the PIV operation

  • Assist the FBI PIV system Product Owner in planning and executing the deployment of PIV system

  • Assess and continuously improve the PIV processes for higher effectiveness and efficiency The Network Administrator will handle O&M support and basic network administrator functions within the customer environment. Will be responsible for supporting the operational integrity of the environment (Tier 2/3 support).

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 years of Business Process Engineering/Analysis experience.

  • Able to maintain a friendly demeanor and a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and initiatives

  • Effective verbal and written communications, including preparing and delivering presentations and artifacts to customer management

  • Ability to synthesize input/data and quickly develop customer deliverables

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

  • Must be flexible and creative to continuously reprioritize and focus on driving customer results through value-added solutions

Job Overview: Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives. Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other scheduling best practices to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. Basic Qualifications: * Five years of relevant scheduling experience with Bachelors degree in a hardware/software development and/or production program environment, with working knowledge and experience with scheduling in a compliant EVMS environment, including familiarity with DI-MGMT-81650/81861 and related government requirements. * Direct experience with the integration of technical scope and programmatic requirements into an integrated plan that conveys the program execution plan to internal and external customers. * Direct experience in identifying, developing and managing the scope content, requisite level of detail and logical interdependencies, such that the resulting schedule products provide an accurate representation of schedule performance and risk, including critical and driving paths to scope completion. Preferred Qualifications: * Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with technical subject matter experts and business operations personnel. * Must be capable of efficiently creating and maintaining a resource loaded schedule network that is the core of a schedule-driven EVMS implementation. * Expert knowledge of MS Word and Excel as well as automated program management software such as MS Project or other industry standard scheduling tools. * Prior launch vehicle or spacecraft-related scheduling experience. * Direct experience with automated cost and schedule integration, including MS Project and Cobra.
