Job Summary

Job Summary

GENERAL INFORMATION: NCOE's Program Planner, Early Childhood Services is responsible for the review, monitoring and reporting of ECS grants and contracts.

The Program planner works with ECS inclusion coaches to provide coaching, training and support to NCOE and community early education sites. The Program Planner works under the supervision of the Early Childhood Services Director.

Requirements / Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working with Child Development, grants, contracts. Reviewing, monitoring and reporting.

  • Experience in coaching Early Childhood classroom staff

  • Data entry and data management skills

  • Detail-oriented, responsible and highly motivated

  • CDL and NCOE driving clearance required
