Program MANAGER Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight of the Catholic Home Care and Good Shepherd Hospice Home Health Aide Departments which includes 9 coordinator & 100 + Home Health Aides

  • Planning, organizing and leading of the team

  • Supervises, supports and educates staff at the point of services in the field

  • Conducts home supervisory visits and performance evaluations to ensure quality patient care and comply with NYS DOH & Joint Commission regulations.

  • Maintains a high morale among subordinates by evaluating performance fairly, treating staff in a dignified and professional manner and keeping staff informed of all pertinent information.

Requirements:

  • Licensed and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in New York State required.

  • Minimum of three (3) years post-licensure in nursing with progressive leadership responsibilities and experience in home care.

  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills required.

  • Must have strong technology skills Electronic Medial Record experience required.
