The selected candidate manages substantial contract support operations involving multiple projects. Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of all contract support activities.
Must have demonstrated communications skills at all levels of management. Serves as contractor's authorized interface with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government management personnel, and client agency representatives. Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes and goals of the organization to subordinate personnel.
Responsible for overall contract performance. Under stringent time frames, assembles and recruits as necessary to perform assigned tasks. Demonstrated capability in the overall management of multi-task contracts of the size, type and complexity.
Requires experience with: development or acquisition strategies in regards to Tagging, Tracking, Locating (TTL) equipment and in other aspects of TTL operations, military communications, intelligence or reconnaissance systems; developing strategic plans and concepts, including operational planning, system enclosures and mounting, other TTL systems utilization, and quick reaction support; Providing technical advice to end users and end user leadership.
This position is located in Tampa, FL. There is no relocation assistance available for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to Tampa or surrounding areas.
