Job Description:

The Operations Manager shall be responsible for providing technical expertise for overall planning, direction and success of all tasks. Oversee the coordination and administration of all planned and ongoing installations tasks.

Provide visual dashboard for Management to monitor tasks and timelines. Communicate and collaborate with Project Managers and Senior Field Technicians to articulate the status of all installation efforts being accomplished on all Technical Instructions (TIs) and provides information and/or concerns to the Project Manager. This job has up to 10% Travel.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Eight (8) years of experience in program/project management associated with installation of shipboard combat/weapons systems and interior communication systems with structural and electrical components.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tool and techniques.

• PMP Certification

Desired Qualifications:

A bachelor s degree from an accredited university in engineering, computer science, math or business discipline

Security Clearance:

Applicants must have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD government-granted security clearance. Individuals will be subject to a background investigation to include but not limited to, criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.

Salary Description

$100,000-$130,000
