Program Manager(Contract)

Purpose:

Delta Faucet Company has an opportunity for an innovative and highly motivated individual to join our PMO function within our Product Department!

The Program Manager leads sophisticated, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, partnering with key business professionals across the organization to plan requirements, develop project timelines, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Responsible for cross-functional team leadership through all stages of product development while maintaining responsibility and compliance to Delta's standards, processes, and business objectives. This is an opportunity to join our team in a full-time position that is anticipated to last 12 to 24 months and includes standard benefits.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of new products to market according to product roadmap

• Guide a team of Program Managers who are responsible to lead multiple NPD projects each from concept to in-market launch. Manage resources according to business needs and priorities

• Champion and own DFC's stage-gate process including adherence, training and process improvement

• Drive accountability within the team and cross-functional organization, related to new product development and maintenance

• Create discipline around process and ensure consistency from project-to-project

• Partner with cross-functional team leaders for project prioritization and team alignment

• Be accountable for all aspects of schedule, budget, cost, and scope for assigned products

• Coach and support staff to ensure individual and team success. Set goals and objectives, create development plans and oversee performance assessment process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or other technical field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience

• 10+ years experience in product development Program Management with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to mass production

• Innovative and creative problem solver with meticulous attention to detail and a stickler for time management

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ability to filter and distill the relevant information to the right audience

• Comfortable with change and ambiguity with the ability to quickly propose solutions given limited guidance

Hiring Range: $98,100.00 - $154,220.00
