Program Manager

The Program Manager is a high visibility role that will work with all areas of our business, including C-Suite and the Executive Leadership Team.

Our markets include Surgical Technologies, Orthopedics, Cardiac & Interventional, Bioelectronics, Drug Delivery, Diagnostics, and Patient Care.

Purpose: The Viant Program Management team is crucial to get our products to market. We are at the forefront of each new product launch.

Project Scope & Size: Wide variety of projects, with medium to significant complexity. Multi-site and or functional collaboration with interaction at varying levels within the organization.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• BS in Business or technical discipline (Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Biomedical science) preferred or at least 5+ years in program management with demonstrated results or equivalent combination of education and experience. PMP certification preferred.

• Injection molding or plastic processing experience strongly preferred

• Excellent project management skills to include budgeting, cost justification, control, with proven ability to deliver on-time and to budget.

• Ensuring the planning, coordination, execution, tracking and reporting using software tools like MS Project.

• Knowledge of regulated processes (FDA, cGMP, ISO)

• Continuous improvement mindset and demonstrated ability to take a systematic approach to process optimization and problem solving.

• Excellent team player with a proven ability to interact and communicate regularly with cross discipline teams such as operations, manufacturing, and quality representatives to achieve common goals.

• Able to plan and prioritize potential project risk with appropriate countermeasures and solutions both internally and externally.

• Primary point of contact and communication between Viant and the Customer.
