Job Summary
Administer and maintain the Organizational Behavior, Coaching, and Consulting (OBCC) program's Learning Management System (LMS). Design, create, and deliver high-quality, engaging digital learning materials, including eLearning modules, webinars, videos, and interactive tools. Integrate AI into synchronous and asynchronous program delivery. Manage the program's social media platforms and use of data analytics to inform the development and execution of digital campaigns. Assist with the monitoring and measurement of academic effectiveness for programmatic and accreditation purposes.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree; Three to five years experience in a field relevant to the program; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Program Manager- Digital Learning & Social Media, is responsible for designing, managing, and implementing digital learning initiatives (65%) and social media strategies (35%) that support the OBCC program's goals.

Remote Work Notice: A hybrid remote work schedule may be available. Employees must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice.
