Tyonek is seeking applications for a Program Manager for our Keesler Biloxi, MS location to perform the duties listed below.
The Program Manager is responsible for working with the government to establish a highly skilled cadre of training professionals who have extensive qualifications in subject matters applicable to the Cyber Operations Formal Training Support at Keesler Airforce Base Biloxi, MS
The Program Manager will ensure all instructors are properly credentialed and qualified in all subject matter trained areas
Contractor shall ensure all contract requirements are executed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, Service Delivery Summary (SDS), and Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL)
Contractor shall manage and direct the daily execution of contract requirements to assure that cost, schedules, and performance goals are met
Contractor shall formally identify, assess, monitor and mitigate risk throughout the program life cycle and coordinate with the COR and Contracting Officer prior to making decisions that will cause deterioration of the program, related to resource allocation, cost and schedule.
Contractor shall develop and implement corrective action plans when deviations from budgets and/or schedules are evident; seek assistance from the Contracting Officer Representative, Technical Advisor, and Operations Officer in resolving schedule and budget problems as they arise
Contractor shall support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization; providing metrics and analysis to support forward-looking decision-making based on data; providing program status reports and briefings to the COR as required by the Performance Work Statement

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or College with MIS / Engineering Major/ Instructional Systems Design Qualifications as identified below for the subject matter of instruction
5 years' experience in network security, protection / administration or management and 5 years' experience in a supervisory position
Seven (7) years of experience with Instruction System Design (ISD)
Two (2) years of experience in a technical training environment as an instructor
IO and Cyber Ops experience is desired
Top Secret Clearance/SCI required
