Responsible for building and leading teams to deliver results that span across all aspects of programs that are of strategic importance to the mission of the company. Acts as the company's chosen representative to run the program on a day-to-day basis and is empowered to do so.
Ensure that the project produces the required deliverables within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.
Manage resources, schedules, and financials.
Adhere to quality and production control guidelines throughout the life cycle of the program. This includes management of issues, risks, and change requests to ensure successful and on-time CDRL delivery.
Contribute to corporate and program process improvement initiatives as it relates to improvement of the Quality Management System.
Interface directly with government customers and designated representatives.
Supervise a wide variety of task order activities in support of program objectives

Bachelor's degree in technical area of academic study from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Aviation, Automotive, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial.
At least 5 years of experience related in Program/Project Management, Contracting or Cost Control with a DoD Contractor
In-depth knowledge of overall organization, direction and requirements of contract efforts.
Initiative, creativity and a strong work ethic; ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills. Microsoft Project or similar scheduling program experience.
CostPoint experience desired.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, engineering drawings, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Position requires interaction within the department on routine matters and externally through purchasing and property personnel.
Requires the use of judgment to plan, perform; general decisions are made to solve a problem or select a course of action for a standard or recognized method of operation.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
