In this role, you will be responsible for:

Manage the end to end execution of programs within Pan-Innovative Medicine Transformational Capabilities & PECS, including Janssen Experience Transformation, PECS, STaT Development and Onboarding, J&J IM NA Learning Excellence and other Core Development enabling areas (e.g., BRAVE, Change Management, Executive Presence).

  • Define program objectives and roadmap strategy within respective Leadership capability area

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Leadership training programs and support in coordination with respective Leadership Learning Business Partners

  • Collaborate with Leadership LBPs and Pan-Innovative Medicine Leadership Lead to direct the planning, implementation, and management of projects in accordance with strategic demand plan for JJIM L&D

  • Develop program deployment plan/schedule for assigned areas based on demand plan and any ad hoc priorities

  • Liaise with JJIM Learning Experience and Enablement team to ensure all activities related to development of content, delivery support, and LMS tasks are completed

  • Track and manage allocated budget for program

  • Engage in demand, capability, and capacity planning with Strat Planning & Operations Lead to inform budget needs

  • Manage ongoing program needs and suggest program improvements to further enhance learning program effectiveness and sustainability within Transformational Capabilities & PECS capability

  • Review content programs being developed, as needed, to provide subject matter expertise and ensure alignment to business needs

  • Spearhead community of practice for COE & SL&D professionals, and oversee training and development for L&D professionals
