ESG, a division of TechTarget (ESG) is pursuing candidates for a Program Manager who will be a key member of the growing Project Management team. In this role you will play in integral part in the satisfaction and retention of our existing customers as well as cultivating trust and a positive experience with our new clients by providing them all with the attention and care that comes along with being an ESG customer. As a Program Manager, you will find yourself supervising projects from beginning to conclusion to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This includes the day-to-day responsibility of coordinating the receipt of campaign deliverables, communicating, and managing milestones, timelines and expectations both internally and externally along with calendar management and internal project revenue tracking and forecasting.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide excellent Customer Service by responding to internal and external customer inquiries and requests,
Creation/delivery of standard project kickoff materials for presentation to clients,
Manage internal and external expectations throughout the engagement, start to finish,
Coordinate schedules and timelines to ensure timely and efficient project completion, and
Work closely with Finance to ensure proper revenue forecasting and recognition on a weekly basis.
The ideal candidate with have at least 1 years experience in a similar role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
B.A. or B.S. degree required
Experience working in a customer-facing role
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Self-motivated
Extremely reliable-team player
Manage a range of personalities and work styles
Must have the ability to handle multiple deadlines, phone calls and projects
Must be a fast thinker and be able to make decisions quickly, listening to the customers needs
Accurate data entry skills, problem solving ability and the ability to work independently.
Creative problem solving, solutions-oriented and strategic, long-term view of customer relationship
Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce and Google Doc experience preferred
