What does a great Sr. Advisory Program Manager do?
You'll have an opportunity to lead some of the most strategic and visible digital banking initiatives, including the build and commercialization of a next generation digital channels platform serving the most innovative financial institutions around the world.
The team plays a critical leadership role and serves as an escalation point internally and externally as well as communicating with executive-level partners throughout the program lifecycle.
This role will give you the opportunity to exercise a wide variety of skills and experiences as it blends program management, relationship management, process improvement, and change management skills that is empowered to deliver on Fiserv's strategic digital initiatives.
Builds and fosters partner relationships and seen as a single point of escalation during program execution. Develops and maintains strong working relationships and strategic partnerships with external and internal key partners across groups and/or business units to improve effectiveness and influence.
Ensures predictable, consistent, and successful program delivery by executing Program/Project Management practices including: program governance, communication plans, status reporting, integrated schedule, action & issue, risk, decision and change management.
Performs ongoing review of program status. Documents program progress including timelines, issues, risks, and successes to maintain program course. Assesses results and resolves and implements risk mitigation solutions as appropriate.
Basicqualificationsfor consideration: :
10+ years of project management experience with at least 5+ years of large / complex program management experience successfully delivering multiple cross-functional projects with significant business impact.
Experience in client facing consulting / professional services.
Experience in software product development, systems integration, and/or software implementation services.
Experience in driving large scale change efforts. Experience with matrix management of cross-functional processes and teams.
Experience conducting interdisciplinary discussion and problem resolution.
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Advanced degree a plus.
Confirmed ability to build relationships and strategic partnerships with external and internal key across diverse groups.
Excellent negotiation, conflict, and judgment skills.
