Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of program management experience.
Experience working with startups and with accelerators, university programs and venture firms.
5 years of program management experience.
Knowledge of the startup ecosystem, technology markets, and demand generation with an established professional network in the VC/Accelerator ecosystem.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, solve complex problems, and develop creative solutions.

Manage all Go-To-Market programs for our startup ecosystem partner segment.
Create scalable programs to drive acquisition and retention of startup accounts, leading to a robust SMB business.
Identify and prioritize key internal partners and create strategies to increase the business growth impact of the program.
Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional team (Sales, Marketing, Startup teams, etc.) to give updates on progress and roadblocks to being successful with this audience.
Use data and metrics to understand, measure impact and drive business growth for startup programs.
