Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3 years of program management experience.

  • Experience working with startups and with accelerators, university programs and venture firms.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA degree.

  • 5 years of program management experience.

  • Knowledge of the startup ecosystem, technology markets, and demand generation with an established professional network in the VC/Accelerator ecosystem.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, solve complex problems, and develop creative solutions.

As a Startup Program Manager, you'll make startups successful. You'll support founders as they learn about, evaluate and adopt Google Cloud. You'll leverage your expert understanding of both business and technical solutions as you'll help startups achieve their goals.

You'll find helping startups work with Google to be uniquely satisfying. Your ability to work across teams in Google Cloud and beyond will make you an excellent resource for startups.

In this role, you'll build and maintain relationships with players throughout the startup ecosystem. Your first challenge will be to build an end-to-end, scalable engagement program for our ecosystem of accelerators and VCs.

  • Manage all Go-To-Market programs for our startup ecosystem partner segment.

  • Create scalable programs to drive acquisition and retention of startup accounts, leading to a robust SMB business.

  • Identify and prioritize key internal partners and create strategies to increase the business growth impact of the program.

  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional team (Sales, Marketing, Startup teams, etc.) to give updates on progress and roadblocks to being successful with this audience.

  • Use data and metrics to understand, measure impact and drive business growth for startup programs.
