Program Manager, Senior

*This is a contingent position based on the successful award of the contract.

We are currently seeking a Program Manager to support our customer in Charleston, SC. At FirstDiv, we provide high-quality, professional services to both government and commercial sectors. The qualified candidate shall perform the following tasks:

• Assist in a variety of information project management technology design and development tasks, as well as business and management activities.
• Provide direct work experience in support of Command and Control (C2) and/or Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms.
• Oversee the design, development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of C2 and/or ISR platforms.
• Serve as project manager for C2 and/or ISR platforms, including supervising project personnel, scheduling work, writing proposals, preparing bids, and managing equipment and material logistics.
• Ensure knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of direct work experience in support of Command and Control (C2) and/or Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms.
• Minimum of 8 years of direct work experience, including design, development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of C2 and/or ISR platforms.
• Minimum of 5 years as a project manager of C2 and/or ISR platforms (e.g., TacMobile Program of Record), with concurrent experience in supervising project personnel, scheduling work, writing proposals, preparing bids, and managing equipment and material logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
• An active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required to start. Applicants selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
• Light to moderate lifting may be required.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
