The Program Manager will be responsible for managing an entire program from project conception through handoff to O&M. This individual will be responsible for coordinating between teams and carrying out the project within the budget, timeline, and scope. They will effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, and project team members.
Responsible for managing day to day details of the program between multiple departments and disciplines
Conducts high level planning for project teams, breaking down complicated scopes into standard and managed risk components.
Ensures handoffs between team members are clearly defined early in the project
Works with customers and internal teams to identify and develop project needs and timeline
Performs risk assessment on programs and communicates major issues, project progress and risk to key stakeholders
Performs high level customer management
Coordinates with internal workgroups to allocate resources to complete tasks and schedules on time
Able to effectively delegate tasks
Able to build teams and improve company processes
Demonstrates effective risk management
Able to negotiate and manage customer expectations
Proven ability to train, mentor, and manage project teams
Demonstrated ability to utilize and implement opportunities to improve
Executes lean project management principles

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or related field
Five or more years of program management experience within a technical or engineering field
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Microsoft Project experience required
Experience with NX or equivalent CAD software is desired
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software
Minimum requirement for all positions is a high school diploma or GED
Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Wage range for this role is between $110,000-$150,000/annually
Discretionary bonus
The range provided is Sedron's estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities.
Must be a US Citizen or legal permanent resident for this position. We are unable to sponsor any employment visas.
