Google's projects, like our users, span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus. As a Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

Search Ads Formats and Creatives is part of the Ads and Commerce team, and we build the foundational platforms for Google Ads - Search Ads. We're responsible for developing new Search Ads formats. Using your technical and leadership expertise, you will run engineering-focused projects that have critical impact to Google's growth.

Users come first at Google. Nowhere is this more important than on our Advertising and Commerce team: we believe that ads and commercial information can be highly useful to our users if that information is relevant to what our users wish to find or do. Advertisers worldwide use Google Ads to promote their products; publishers use AdSense to serve relevant ads on their website; and business around the world use our products (like Google Shopping, and Google Wallet) to support their online businesses and bring users into their offline stores. We are constantly innovating to deliver the most effective advertising and commerce opportunities of tomorrow.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 10 years of experience in delivering multiple projects in an operational environment.

  • Experience in data analysis, capacity planning, addressing and solving problems, and strategic business development.

  • Experience in the advertisement space.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the Ads domain (i.e., search, display, video, shopping).

  • Experience with software development lifecycle and project management.

  • Develop and execute feature planning and prioritization in your product area.

  • Manage a team of high performing Program Managers.

  • Represent your product and engineering teams across Google to develop actionable plans to coordinate launch needs of the entire product area.

  • Develop and deliver strategic plans for executive audiences.

  • Develop and execute internal operational processes at scale.

The position assists the Program Manager in the oversight of staff and program operations and acts in capacity of the manager in his or her absence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Implements and maintains the agency's mission, vision and values in all facets of performance. * Implement and maintain the Service's trauma informed care, principles and procedures in all facets of performance. * Provides leadership in the development and implementation of a therapeutic environment appropriate to the assigned Behavioral Health Program(s), according to individual/family needs, agency policies and external requirements. * Supervises assigned staff within program in all facets of human resources management and direct service delivery. * Supervises staff and provides leadership in the provision of timely, strength-based, and culturally competent assessments and treatment of individuals throughout their service involvement. * Supervises the implementation of service plans by monitoring case activity, documentation and treatment planning. * Supervises staff and evaluates performance and training needs by direct observation, consumer feedback and the monitor of case activity, documentation and treatment planning. * Assists the Program Manager in the development and implementation of policies and procedures regarding all service components. * Provides leadership and support in the management of crisis situations. * Provides on-call duties as assigned on a rotational basis. * Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and instruct staff accordingly. * Provide all documentation and reports as requested along with responsibility for the completion of timely, accurate, and professional written and verbal documentation of all service, staff and program operations. * Attend all trainings, supervisions and meetings as assigned. Requirements: * Master's degree in Mental Health, Counseling, Social Work or related field with a minimum of five years' experience. Licensure and credentialed is preferred. * Planning and time management and strong organizational skills. * A valid driver's license along with access to a vehicle. * Management of work processes along with strong computer skills for documentation purposes. * Ability to main confidential information within HIPAA guidelines, regulations and organizational policies. * Ability to be flexible especially with scheduling and to perform and prioritize multiple functions and tasks. * Communication along with professionalism. * 33/34/FBI clearances required. * On-Call responsibilities. * Support the organization's mission along with sensitivity of cultural and workplace harmony.
