Responsibilities

The primary function of the Program Manager is to provide financing solutions for our Enterprise Partner customers. The role will convert approvals at acceptable levels by using the program's predetermined product suite and rate card.

The Program Manager will manage and convert a pipeline of opportunities and leads in our CRM with detailed notes regarding any and all conversations with prospects and or customers. To be successful in this role, some of the essential job functions include: Manage equipment leasing and Net Terms projects for clients, which entails credit analysis, project management and logistics, and decision-making on product offering

  • Provide solutions to prospects needs by assessing and understanding the scope of their project and offering the proper financing for their needs Qualify and convert leads and opportunities to meet or exceed monthly origination targets and program goals Diligent follow up and thorough note keeping on all leads Utilize technology provided to manage ALL opportunities and leads by keeping detailed log of all customer communications Advise customers on finance options for their business Efficiently and effectively address the customer's business needs, offer appropriate value proposition solutions, deliver price and close accounts over the phone Consistently demonstrate persistence and tenacity to crush obstacles and provide the customer with the most effective solution to their financing needs Utilize technology to maintain a database of opportunities and leads that records activity and statistics on each outbound call; uphold standards for the minimum number of calls and talk time per day Achieve monthly production goals consistently. Focused on retaining and repeating existing clients Keep abreast of Enterprise partners products, current industry, source and market activities Be strategic minded toward organizational mission and goals Continuously evolve partnership development to improve partnership efficiency and effectiveness Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure 100% customer satisfaction Make every customers experience remarkable

This position has been developed to promote the sale of Teledyne Marine Interconnect products by visiting current and potential customers, supporting the existing Reps in North America, presenting our capabilities and services, seeking new applications, enhancing relationships with current and new contacts and fostering good will. The Territory Sales Manager represents the company with the technical knowledge and skills to provide the highest levels of support, providing our customers with innovative solutions. This position will be based either in Texas (Houston or Dallas) or the East Coast (Daytona, FL or Portsmouth, NH). Other locations may be considered based upon qualifications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Collaborate with customers: Identify, initiate and build relationships with important accounts to grow business base. Activities may include, but are not limited to: * Assist in the evaluation and pursuit of key accounts sharing tactics and agreeing on sales strategy. * Seek to uncover new applications with existing contacts. * Seek to identify new contacts within the same company. * Provide technical product support. * Using customer contact experience, assist in new applications, proposal generation and provide contract review input. * Look for and communicate possible product development opportunities that may be uncovered while visiting customers. * Identify and report significant trends especially where you are supporting multiple accounts within the same market segment. * Actively participate in research activities: * As required, prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales within assigned geographic territory. * Develop new leads: (after completing priority duties and tasks, use industry and customer experience to uncover new potential customers within similar market segments or where you feel opportunities for the company might exist.) * Represent Teledyne at trade association meetings to promote product. Assist in market development research by performing rudimentary or refined internet research in collaboration with inside sales persons or management. * With input from customer support representatives and others: * Formulate specific customer visit strategy that promotes an immediate return or satisfies a specific short term goal. * Makes periodic customer visits and communicates via e-mail and phone to promote our strategic long-term relationship building agenda. * Prepare comprehensive trip reports including specific account information, trends and future needs. * Utilize and maintain a comprehensive customer contact data log rich in pertinent information with the intent to enable marketing & management to identify & start contact customers regarding specific product interests, market segmentation, performance requirements, potential product needs, etc… * Accumulate tactically important information regarding price trends, unrealized technical and performance requirements.
