Youll drive the mission by:

  • Overseeing Right At School educator team, including enrichment specialists, vendors to ensure the delivery of engaging, interactive educational experience
  • Develops strong relationships with school administration, parents, PTA organizations in order to provide the best care for children and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage staff compliance with district-specific policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills with varied audience including children, parents, staff and school personnel
  • Deliver dynamic Right At School curriculum to engage children in academic and social character building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play
  • Organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents and other observation
  • Manage and orders supplies as needed according to curriculum
  • Meets and reports regularly to the Area Manager regarding program, site, and staff performance

Requirements

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to use and model appropriate positive discipline
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Drive to inspire a love for learning and ability to engage children in learning activities in fun and interactive ways
  • Respect for and dedication to working with children
  • 2 years of direct experience working with children under 13
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Minimum 30 college credits in early childhood education, elementary education, or a related
  • Ability to meet state-specific requirements; FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, Cleared TB

We give preference to Program Managers who have the following:

  • CDA/AA in Early Childhood Education Field
  • First Aid/CPR certified
  • State trainings completed and valid

Summary: The Program Manager – Commercial will lead the strategy, development, capture, and execution of environmental projects targeting the commercial market sector. Responsibilities: This position requires extensive experience in environmental services, such as evaluation and management of potential environmental liabilities; site investigation, risk assessment, remediation, and construction management; compliance and permitting; RCRA, CERCLA, CWA and NEPA support; property redevelopment; and communication and negotiation with federal, state and local regulatory agencies. Duties include: * Develop and implement growth strategies to increase profitability for a broad range of integrated services including planning, site investigation, risk assessment, remediation, construction, and construction management services for commercial market sector clients. * Lead the identification and prioritization of pursuits and secure commercial projects in the United States. * Develop strategic joint venture partnerships for major commercial projects and leverage client relationships to identify prospective partnerships. * Assess market conditions and trends and apply this knowledge to anticipate the scope and timing of major market movements and prospective pursuits. Closely monitor industry activities within the commercial market sector and contribute information and knowledge to the company's leadership team to anticipate and respond to industry trends. * Be accountable for achieving growth targets within the commercial sector and take corrective action when necessary to achieve these goals. * Assemble and lead teams to prepare cost proposals and to effectively and efficiently complete projects on time and within budget and regulatory guidelines. * Maintain a high level of direct participation in preparing proposals, managing individual projects, and performing technical work as necessary to maintain an acceptable balance of sales and utilization (utilization target will be dependent on sales volume). * Other duties may be assigned Requirements: * Manages and has a proven record of building and diversifying business with commercial customers, while managing the delivery of quality products, growth, and financial results; * Has an established client base and strong industry connections * Has extensive experience managing staff, projects, and business operations at some level; and has strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. * Proven record of winning increasingly substantial accounts. * Has developed client growth strategies. Education and Experience: * 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting services with at least ten years of experience in program/project management, business development, and strategic planning focused on the commercial market sector. * BS degree in engineering, science or a related technical field is required. Advanced degree is preferred. * Professional registration, i.e. Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Geologist (PG)is preferred. Other certifications (e.g. LSRP) a plus. Language and Communication Skills: Must be fluent in the English language – writing and speaking, etc.; Mathematical Skills: General and advanced mathematics will be required.
