Youll drive the mission by:

  • Overseeing Right At School educator team, including enrichment specialists, vendors to ensure the delivery of engaging, interactive educational experience
  • Develops strong relationships with school administration, parents, PTA organizations in order to provide the best care for children and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage staff compliance with district-specific policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills with varied audience including children, parents, staff and school personnel
  • Deliver dynamic Right At School curriculum to engage children in academic and social character building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play
  • Organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents and other observation
  • Manage and orders supplies as needed according to curriculum
  • Meets and reports regularly to the Area Manager regarding program, site, and staff performance

Requirements

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to use and model appropriate positive discipline
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Drive to inspire a love for learning and ability to engage children in learning activities in fun and interactive ways
  • Respect for and dedication to working with children
  • 2 years of direct experience working with children under 13
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Minimum 30 college credits in early childhood education, elementary education, or a related
  • Ability to meet state-specific requirements; FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, Cleared TB

We give preference to Program Managers who have the following:

  • CDA/AA in Early Childhood Education Field
  • First Aid/CPR certified
  • State trainings completed and valid

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) H-47 Chinook Program is looking for a Senior Manager to lead their H-47 Mission Systems Technical Subcontract Management & Program Support team. This Level L position will be based at the Boeing Plant in Ridley Park, PA. Position Responsibilities Duties will include (but are not limited to): * Integrate Mission Systems into H47 new business and campaigns, generate and analyze staffing plans, provide control account oversight across multiple programs, and manage of resources and priorities across multiple hardware / software development and IR&D projects * Ensure successful completion of your assigned project phases or work packages within budgeted time and cost constraints * Work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and make decisions that will have downstream impacts with limited information Technical Subcontract Management Responsibilities: * Team execution of supplier specifications and statements of work, supplier technical performance, integration of supplier products into Mission Systems, and supplier delivery * H47 Mission Systems is highly dependent on large suppliers integrated with the product lifecycle Program Support Management Responsibilities: * Team execution of technical project leadership for H47 Mission programs * Technical project leadership encompasses technical baselines, change management, design integration with H47, interface between Mission Systems and Programs, project cost / schedule, and technical oversight of mission systems product. The ideal candidate will have a vision towards growth of the Chinook Mission Systems suite of offerings and be able to perform, present and defend trade studies to executive leadership. Additionally, they must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and suppliers while discussing technical information. The Boeing Plant in Ridley Park, PA, is home to the H-47 Chinook Helicopter and the V-22 Osprey Tiltrotor. These aircraft are designed, tested, and manufactured at the site. In addition, the Ridley Park site hosts an Enterprise Support group – the Philadelphia Design Center – which provides design and analysis of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems for Boeing Commercial Aircraft and Military Derivatives. Boeing employs approximately 5,000 people at the site. The plant is situated along the Delaware River approximately 10 miles southwest of Philadelphia, and 2 miles from the international airport. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience): * This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. * Earned Value Management (EVM) experience * Analytical, written and verbal communication skills * Ability to lead a team with a low level of supervision and intervention * Working knowledge of the principles of software development lifecycle methods including Waterfall, Spiral and Agile * Integration Project Management experience including the use of tools and metrics (i.e. earned value, schedule metrics, technical performance metrics, risk and opportunity tools) * Direct experience in software or hardware engineering, requirements, design, development, test, and working with airborne certified software and hardware * Experience developing, managing and maintaining and presenting Risks, Issues and Opportunities to program leadership Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience): * BDS experience preferred but not required * Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry is HIGHLY preferred * Familiarity with DO-178, DO-254 certification methodologies * Familiarity with Hardware Qualification methodologies including DO-160, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810 * Previous experience in a multidisciplinary engineering organization working with cross functional teams * Team building skills are a PLUS Relocation: This position is based in Ridley Park, PA and offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
