Youll drive the mission by:

  • Overseeing Right At School educator team, including enrichment specialists, vendors to ensure the delivery of engaging, interactive educational experience
  • Develops strong relationships with school administration, parents, PTA organizations in order to provide the best care for children and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage staff compliance with district-specific policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills with varied audience including children, parents, staff and school personnel
  • Deliver dynamic Right At School curriculum to engage children in academic and social character building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play
  • Organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents and other observation
  • Manage and orders supplies as needed according to curriculum
  • Meets and reports regularly to the Area Manager regarding program, site, and staff performance

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to use and model appropriate positive discipline
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Drive to inspire a love for learning and ability to engage children in learning activities in fun and interactive ways
  • Respect for and dedication to working with children
  • 2 years of direct experience working with children under 13
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Minimum 30 college credits in early childhood education, elementary education, or a related
  • Ability to meet state-specific requirements; FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, Cleared TB

We give preference to Program Managers who have the following:

  • CDA/AA in Early Childhood Education Field
  • First Aid/CPR certified
  • State trainings completed and valid

Boeing Global Services is seeking a Product Support Program Manager to manage/lead V-22 Osprey Logistics and Performance Based Logistics Services for V-22 Domestic and International customers. The V-22 program is a joint program with the US Marine Corps, US Air Force Special Operations, US Navy and an International customer that is led by the strategic partnership between Bell Helicopter and The Boeing Company that will deliver the V-22 production aircraft and logistics services worldwide. As part of the V-22 strategic partnership and joint program requirements, it will be required to coordinate and collaborate with Bell Helicopter partners and customer counterparts. Minimum of 10 years experience in program management, with experience in managing military logistics and supply chain programs highly desirable. 25% business travel expected to V-22 CONUS, OCONUS and US Government Customer sites. Additional Responsibilities Include: * Leads logistics execution, planning and integration activities for support program(s) and support of major business/program elements requiring logistic services at customer locations (Domestic and International). * Applies technical knowledge of product support/logistics disciplines and Program Management Best Practices to direct the execution of functional and program team's deliverables, along with coordination with field team activities that provide direct V-22 fleet support. * Manages employees and mid-level managers performing activities related to all logistic services for the customers at customer locations in the area of maintenances, training, supply, engineering reach-back and data analytics, but can encompass other services per contract requirements and requested by the end user customers. * Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and growth strategies, goals, objectives as it relates to logistic services. * Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and collaborates with other functional organizations such as the V-22 Joint Program Office, Engineering, Maintenances & Modifications, Supply Chain, etc. to make process improvements. * Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. * The V-22 program is a strategic partnership between Bell Helicopter and The Boeing Company that delivers the V-22 production aircraft and logistics services for the joint services V-22 aircraft fleet. As part of the V-22 strategic partnership and joint program requirements, it will be required to coordinate and collaborate with Bell Helicopter partners and customer counterparts. * Provides oversight and approval of logistic services approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers through the use of the Boeing Behavior model. Major Tasks: * Applies expertise in budget management principles and practices to ensure realistic budgets are set and executed by logistic teams that support V-22 Sustainment contracts. Monitors contracts and organizational financial and performance metrics to achieve customer requirements and commitments, along with defining appropriate corrective actions, if required. In collaboration with the Sustainment Director determines financial objectives for logistic teams. * Develops and implements large-scale, high impact integrated organizational plans to ensure business, technical and customer requirements are achieved. Assigns authority and responsibilities to first line leaders and supervisors to execute the plan. Reviews and evaluates feasibility of execution plans and makes decisions to either continue or adjust processes and people as appropriate. * Coaches, counsels, mentors and provides developmental opportunities and job assignments to enhance performance and expand capabilities of mid-level managers and other high potential employees. Encourages organizational initiatives geared toward recognizing employee achievements, increasing employee satisfaction and retaining a skilled and motivated workforce. Builds organizational culture that embraces the Boeing Behaviors. * Creates a culture of First Time Quality by leading initiatives to evaluate and improve the execution of products and services. Ensures organization-wide implementation of process improvement methodologies (e.g., LEAN, Model Based Affordability, and Capability Maturity Models). Builds strategic partnerships with external agencies and organizations to advance Boeing's position on key issues. * Guides the development and implementation of policies, procedures and documents in order to ensure consistent execution of logistic services and processes across V-22 Field Operations. Approves the technical approach and deliverables for logistic services on Field Operation contracts to ensure it meets customer, company, quality, industry and regulatory requirements. * Forecasts, obtains and manages personnel, facilities, services, equipment and tools to meet contract obligations. Acquires, deploys and schedules personnel to customer requirements, along with coordination with the V-22 program team, Engineering, Maintenances & Modifications, Supply Chain, etc. for dependent resources. Determines critical staffing skills needed to execute customers logistic services and obtain within Field Operations and implements staffing and development plans to ensure necessary skills are available. Defines, reviews, approves facility, equipment and service plans to maximize productivity and ensure safety, security, environmental and regulatory compliance. Coordinates with providers to achieve timely delivery of resources and logistics services facilities requirements across the US and international locations. Required Qualifications: * This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.) * Bachelor's degree * At least 10 years of experience in Program or Project Management * Leadership Experience * Familiar with the Military Forms, Directives, and Instructions. * Familiar with contract clauses, Contractual Requirements Data List (CDRL), and Statement of Work. * Preferred Qualifications (but not required): * Logistics and Sustainment experience * Aircraft program experience * Strong Financial Acumen and/or experience with P&L * Experience in developing Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for logistics service capabilities to respond to government Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposals (RFP's). * Proficient in the use of Earned Value Management (EVM) system. * Experience with leading virtual teams.
