NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Program Manager - REMOTE US to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

NTT DATA is growing our Dynamic Workplace Services team and is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our organization. This position will manage projects to develop new capabilities (business processes, business systems, people/teams, tools and automation) and help drive growth. The position will work closely with Developers, Product Mgmt, VDI/Desktop/Mobility/Automation SMEs, and Service Delivery to build new service capabilities and sustain in-market offers supporting our customers' adoption of new technology and innovation within their workspace.

In this position, you will work with our customers and NTT DATA Services team members and leadership within our lines of business and portfolio-related topics, issues, and challenges. You will join a team that leads by example, including teamwork and collaboration, to bring the best possible value to our customers, lines of businesses, and accounts.

  • Project management of key deliverables/workstreams in NTT DATA Services-wide initiative for PM Framework integration and standardization

  • Supporting and leading in stakeholder identification and management as well as organizational change management activities

  • Providing Project, Program and Portfolio Management thought leadership and innovation

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with the Services organizations and the account teams that manage projects

  • Providing consultation, direction and support to PMO Leaders

  • Contributing and driving continuous improvement and adoption activities of the project management framework (people, process, and tools)

  • Engaging with broader Services PM and PMO community, tapping into the knowledge of the collective

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of in-depth Program Management and experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrated initiative in process / tool implementation and/or standardization efforts; proven successful experience in driving change, implementing new PM process and/or tool.

  • Successful experience in organization-wide process improvement and/or quality related initiatives, demonstrated experience in large-scale collaboration (cross-org, global team).

  • PMO knowledge, expertise and experience including 3+ years of customer-facing experience (large program mgmt. and/ or PMO), as defined by the PM3 (the PMO best practice processes); A knowledge and experience in the 6 standard PMO Functions (Portfolio Mgmt & Portfolio Governance; Portfolio Resource Mgmt; Portfolio Quality Mgmt; PMO Org design and mgmt.; PMO Support for Project Delivery / Project Delivery Governance)

  • Executive-level presentation experience, executive-level customer relationships experience

  • Experience in applications development and/or infrastructure projects and programs. At least a working knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methods is required

  • Expertise with MS-Office Suite (MS-Project, Visio, PowerPoint, MS-Excel)

  • Experience with PMO /portfolio quality, portfolio management, project delivery governance monitoring, variance analysis, root cause analysis and reporting (performance reporting, compliance reporting, trend analysis, continuous improvement); portfolio-level adhoc reporting and analysis;

  • Training, coaching & mentoring experience, strong leadership skills

  • Matrix Management experience

  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills including strong experience in facilitation and presentation both internally and externally

  • Advanced capability in the program/project management level processes and performance metrics and tools: The ten PMI PMBOK knowledge areas; Earned Value Management and metrics; MS Project; SharePoint; Enterprise Project Management (EPM) systems and tools;

  • Technical aptitude; experience with enterprise project management systems implementation and/or management (i.e. Changepoint, Clarity, Daptiv, etc are preferred)
