POSITION: Program Manager (Senior Program Manager)

The Program Manager / Senior Strategy Analyst role supports senior management to help set priorities, strengthen initiatives, and guide resources to ensure that employees and other stakeholders are working toward common goals in providing synergies between the Veteran's Affairs (VA) Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) and the Office of Community Care (OCC) in the execution of Community Care Network (CCN).
Communicating leadership goals and implementing business process improvements to support integration of the CCN efforts within the SAC.
Establish and review key strategic priorities to improve collaboration with OCC.
Driving decision-making that implements OCC and SAC management goals.
Monitoring the VA Strategic Goals and merging concepts with SAC management of CCN.
Facilitating and driving key strategic initiatives from inception through completion.
Partnering with institutional leadership at external organizations like OCC and VHA personnel to support execution of key CCN initiatives within the SAC.
Developing inclusive planning processes to instill communication across OCC, VHA and SAC.
Translating leadership CCN strategies into actionable and quantitative plans.
Mobilizing and managing teams of individuals within SAC and OCC charged with executing leadership strategies.
Acting as a resource across an organization to increase broad cohesion and teamwork between OCC and SAC.
Developing frameworks to improve SAC processes for better integration with OCC.
Analyzing internal and external factors impacting CCN program execution.
Presenting findings and courses of action for leadership decisions.
Identifying opportunities to add value and improve efficiencies between OCC and SAC.
Researching and investigating new or improved business and management practices for application to CCN.
Develop/modify administrative program policies, regulations, goals, or objectives.
Identifying and developing data required for use in the management and direction of CCN programs.
Conducting studies of organizational efficiency and recommending changes or improvements in organization, staffing, work methods, and procedures to gain efficiencies between OCC and SAC.
15+ years of relevant management experience
Master's Degree in, Business, Management or Strategy. Fifteen (15) years in various roles across government and industry, of which ten (10) years in Senior Management positions. Experience in leading change, developing and executing policy initiatives, developing solutions for improving processes and procedures.
