As Quality focused Program Manager, you will be responsible for working with EN leadership team in large transformation of development/engineering quality metric, definition and improvement programs and initiatives. During this transformation, there is a need for someone who can tackle the role of a process & innovation champion who can do assess quality practice, process definitions, optimize current processes, modernize the way requirements and development process happens to effectively build efficiency in the development community.
Understand the quality of product paradigm and be able to assess the issues and provide pro-active leadership role to mitigate the risks and issues
Be able to define and standardize the quality practices and behaviors of development/engineering community
Be the champion to drive the quality culture across the organization and understanding of Cisco quality tools and process is a preferred
Understand the data analytics, build the predictive models based on history and simulations
Provide mentorship on process improvements, team effectiveness and technical solutions around software engineering practices.
Process simplification and process design for interpersonal and process change management for software engineering organizations
Ensure that the team maintains compliance with Change Management, Software Development Life Cycle and development standards including leading reviews, developing, and reviewing implementation plans and contingency plans.
Development and Delivery of Communication plans to ensure partners are prepared for change.
Support Product and Engineering teams in the operation of the process and use of tools
Coach and mentor other team members in our Quality & Process Transformation
Organize and facilitate planning, review, demo and other meetings as needed
Develop documentation and training material, and conduct training/coaching sessions
Maintain confident, well-informed, data-centric points-of-view to challenge entrenched views and bring in new ideas & creative solutions
Enthusiastically engage with partners to build consensus around actions. Make recommendations and inspire change across multiple levels of the organization.

Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing and improving business service capability and end-to-end processes.
Software Engineering and software product development practices experience using Agile methods.
Experience of Technical Program Management
Experience of solid technical process background when it comes to software engineering services
Experience demonstrating industry standard methodologies in the areas of Business Architecture, Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Business Process Outsourcing and/or Change Management.
Expertise in modeling techniques to capture process, business rules, requirements, information flow, etc. Examples include BPMN process models, use cases, class diagrams, state diagrams, fishbone diagrams, etc.
Proven track record of driving transformation of delivery through adoption of Agile development practices
Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques
Excellent experience in agile/scrum methodology, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), and DevOps
You've two full end-to-end Agile Transformation experience as process architect
Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in software development and engineering program management
Experience in SDLC / Methodologies, including Agile, waterfall and hybrid methods
Experience leading process transformation / change management efforts
Process re-engineering, simplification, value stream mapping
In-depth experience in lifecycle management tools (examples: CA Agile Central (Rally), Atlassian suite including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, GitHub)
Prior Experience as an Agile process coach is an advantage
`Good knowledge of Networking Technology & products, and ability to understand technical issues at a high level in collaborating with Engineers and Product Managers
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities at a time
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving with a high attention to detail.
Cisco experience and understanding of Cisco tools/process
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse personality types & ability to communicate ideas to partners at all levels
